Refund policy

At Candle Culture Only, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our handmade candles. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you may request a return or replacement within 14 days of receipt. To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Service team at candlecultureonly@yahoo.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos if applicable. Candles must be returned in their original packaging and condition; used or burned candles are not eligible for return. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or sent incorrectly. Once a return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the error is on our part. For defective or damaged items, customers may choose a replacement candle of equal value at no extra cost. Please note that personalized, custom-scented, or clearance candles are non-returnable unless defective or damaged.
